We are looking for you who get your energy in the gap between technology and meetings with people. In order to be successful as a service technician at Graniten you have a technical education in your luggage and a genuine interest in solving technical problems. It is an advantage if you have skills in troubleshooting electrical systems and knowledge in automation systems. You have experience from production machines and if you have know-how from pharma or health care you have an even greater advantage. We assume that you enjoy working independently which requires that you plan your day and take your own initiatives. As a person, you are communicative, enjoy meeting people and to collaborate with colleagues and customers. Part of the work involves troubleshooting, so it is important that you are systematic and accurate in your way of working and also document your work in a good manner.
As a service technician, you become part of a competent team where you are mutually responsible for planning, performing service support on our customers' machines and plants. As a service technician, you take responsibility for the entire chain from first customer contact, troubleshooting, cost proposals to implementing the changes. If needed, you can also be given the opportunity to assist in development projects and machine deliveries.
