Project Manager

We are now looking for a Project Manager that will strengthen our team at Graniten

Our Project Managers have an important role in making the delivery of our great products to our customers a success. They lead and manage technically complex projects within a set framework of budget, time schedule, and quality. They work cross functional together with colleagues from many different functions within Graniten such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Service and Aftermarket. Graniten is expanding rapidly, and we have several big projects in the pipeline. We are a small and dynamic organization that is constantly developing our way of working.

The role - Project Manager

In this role you are overall responsible for structuring, planning, implementing, and following up on assigned projects. This means for example that you plan, monitor, forecast and report on project budgets, risks and quality. You lead the project team through the development phases as well as coordinating the production; installation, commissioning and performance validation work as needed.

You drive productivity within the project through utilization of reusable solutions, processes, and tools (project governance, risk management etc.)

You manage stakeholders and you have a close communication with the production site to follow up the manufacturing progress. 

You secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan and leads and arranges project team meetings.

Personal qualifications:

• B.Sc. in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering) or related equivalent experience
• You have 3-5 years of work experience in project management or equivalent work experience with similar corporate background
• Preferably you have a Project Management Professional certification or the desire to obtain one 
• Experience from Machine development project is desired
• Both technically and commercially skilled
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile way of working is beneficial
• An experience within Food or Pharmaceutical industries is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent in Swedish and English
