Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving the IT and Quality process development, to meet current and future needs in a product company? 

We are now looking for an IT and Quality Manager to Graniten! 

Our IT and Quality Manager is planning to retire in the coming years, and we are now looking for a person that has the experience and personal ability to maintain and develop our IT solutions as well as our Quality management system.  

In the IT management role, you are reporting directly to our CEO and in the Quality management role, you are reporting to our Supply Chain and Operations Director. You are a team member in the Supply Chain and Operations management team.    

In your day-to-day job you will: 

  • Work with IT development and innovation and be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions for Graniten business needs. 
  • Ensure constant improvements of the general IT environment including keeping up to date with the development within the industry. 
  • Have the overall responsibility for the quality management system, which includes processes, documents, and methods (each department is responsible for the department’s daily quality management). You will ensure that processes, methods, and tools are continuously developed and used in the operations to ensure Graniten leading position. 
  • Manage process improvements and lead the process improvement team and audit the management system adherence. 
  • Plan for and execute internal audits on a regular basis and is the main contact during external audits. 
  • Actively ensure that meeting global sustainability goals is a natural part of Graniten way of working.

Have a deep theoretical and practical understanding of modern IT systems and you are very interested in future solutions and techniques that will benefit Graniten.  

Feel comfortable in driving IT and Quality process development, to meet current and future needs. 

Have good experience of business analysis and how to implement IT systems to match the needs of the operations.  

Get energy from working in an international environment, closely with external consultants as well as internal stakeholders to find the best solutions. 

Have a high degree of communication and presentation skills with ability to influence key stakeholders, internally and externally. 

Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals. 

Be a team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team. 

Personal qualification: 

This role demands great skills and experience of senior leadership in IT and quality management. We therefore value a proven track record within IT including business analysis as well as quality management. 

  • IT: At least 3 years of experience in a senior position in IT and independently managing the IT work in the company. 
  • Quality management: At least 3 years of experience in developing and following up on business processes and business systems, experience process mapping. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications within IT and/or Quality management. 
  • English and Swedish fluently required.
