In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with customer interaction, helping our clients find the best automation solutions for their pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing needs.
You’ll work closely with our sales team, system engineering team, and Technology manager (CTO), acting as the technical voice of the customer within the company. This is a role where you’ll influence product development, guide strategic decisions, and drive business growth through strong customer partnerships.
Partner with the sales team to develop and close opportunities, from first contact to signed agreement.
Act as Graniten’s pharma process expert, supporting both colleagues and customers with your insights.
Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored automation solutions.
Support marketing activities by sharing your expertise on what matters most to customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen our competitive position.
Participate in customer visits, workshops, and demonstrations — particularly when complex challenges arise.
You are a relationship builder with a passion for technology and customer success. You thrive in the space where business and engineering meet, and you enjoy connecting with people as much as solving technical challenges.
We believe you also have:
A Master’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Solid experience in pharmaceutical packaging, automation, or assembly processes.
Strong knowledge of technical requirements, pharmaceutical verification, and validation.
An analytical, solution-driven mindset - comfortable simplifying complex challenges.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing (Green or Black Belt certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build trust and drive collaboration.
Fluency in English. Multilingual skills are a bonus.
