Is "Service and support" your number one priority? We are now looking for a Team leader to our Service and Aftermarket team. Graniten provides 24/7 service and support both remote and on site by using modern tools to help our customers reach their productivity goals. The Service and Aftermarket function is based in Malmö, Uddevalla and Södertälje. This Team leader position will work from the headquarters in Uddevalla or our office in Malmö.
Your day-to-day job In this role, your main task is to lead and support our service technicians and maintain our goals of customer service, productivity, availability, profitability and security.In addition to leading and supporting the team, you will ensure a good working environment for your team, be responsible for resources and competence development.You will report to our Service and Aftermarket Manager and together with the entire team ensure an excellent service and aftermarket of the Graniten products.

Background and skills:- You have probably worked in or towards a larger organization and understand the administration and the systems and processes required.

- Your drive to motivate and develop your employees is of great importance, as is your ability to create good collaboration both internally and externally.
- You have a structured way of working and the ability to prioritize among the tasks.
Qualifications- Technical education preferably on university level.
- Proven leadership skills
- Minimum 5 Years’ work experience in the machine service field
- Good knowledge in production machines both mechanically and in automation systems.
- Good skills in Microsoft office.
- Fluent in Swedish and good communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel 1-2 days per week
- Driver’s license B
