About Graniten

Graniten is a global provider of machine solutions to the pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare automation sector. We have built turn-key solutions since 1992 and today we offer products ranging all the way from custom innovations to full-scale production equipment.

Graniten has several of the biggest global pharmaceutical companies and healthcare suppliers as customers and our core purpose is to empower and help them with their production and workflow to continuously improve patient care and security.

At Graniten we strive to build long lasting professional partnerships with both customers and suppliers. We have a passion for teamwork and working together cross-functional. Innovation has always been a part of our spine and we believe that taking ownership and continuously developing our business is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Are you great at production planning and enjoy working in a fast-paced technical environment?

As a Production Planner at Graniten, you get a central and important role in planning our resources so we have an efficient and smooth workflow when we are assembling our products.

It is the assembly drawings that form the basis of our planning, it is complex drawings we handle and build our products from. This means that you need to have a good eye for both reading CAD drawings and understanding the assembly workflow so that you can estimate what type of work that needs to be done.

We work a lot in projects – sometimes the projects are large, which means that you will have to divide it into smaller parts, identify what skills we need and when we need them. You will get a good insight in your colleagues' knowledge and strengths and with these insights you will plan that the right person, at the right time takes part in the production.

It is your good planning skills that contribute to us fulfilling our commitments to our customers in the most resource-efficient way.

In addition to your daily operational tasks, we see that you, together with the rest of the team, contribute to continuously driving improvements. We value working together and you are part of our Production Team in Uddevalla. Sometimes we need to gather our staff assets and then you help out and contribute where needed.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have an engineering education on gymnasium level (Technical gymnasium 4 years) or vocational courses in production technology or mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Have an experience of working in a production/workshop environment and associated experience of production processes.
  • Have good knowledge from CAD and reading drawings
  • You have good knowledge of excel and have an easy time working with and learning new IT systems.
  • You have good knowledge of English and Swedish.

As a person you:
