Production Technician

We are now looking for you who have an interest in technology and who enjoys working hands-on and together with others.

About the job

As a Production Technician at Graniten, you will be part of our daily operations, which means, among other things, assembling our products and helping the project team to complete orders on time. Our customers are pharmaceutical companies as well as hospitals, so it is important that our products are correct and well assembled, both regarding to design, documentation, welding etc.

The ambition we have for you is that you grow professionally together with us. We want our co-workers to actively participate in morning meetings, quality assurance, testing and validation. Our production technicians have a important role when it comes to quality and to strengthen our brand.

Tasks

Depending on the projects you are involved in, the tasks may vary. In general, you can count on an everyday life where your main work is to be an active and steering partner in the assembly process of our products. This includes collecting all the parts together which can be up to 9000 (!), turning, milling, and welding (in some extent). Assembling, act as an support in the test and validation process, and preparing and loading the product for shipment.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have an engineering education on gymnasium level (Technical gymnasium 4 years) or vocational courses in production technology or mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Have an experience of working in a production/workshop environment and associated experience of production processes.
  • Have good knowledge from CAD and reading drawings
