The job - Logistics and material handling co-worker
The Supply Chain and Operations function is responsible for purchases, production, test, and validation within the group to ensure the right price, delivery time and quality. The function ensures that processes, methods, and tools are continuously developed and used in purchasing, material handling, quality, production technology and testing according to the Lean methodology, to secure Graniten's leading position. 

In your day-to-day work

As a logistics and material handling co-worker you are responsible for for the flow of the incoming goods in our workshop. This includes replenishment of goods, stocking of goods, inventory and a correct administration of goods. You will also handle and administrate quality deviations and repurchase/ reclamation of goods back to the supplier. 

You plan and perform the material flow so that the ordered material reaches the correct destination in the workshop on time in close co-operation with the product technicians and the projectleaders. We are just building up our logistical process and all the routines that comes with it so we want all your input and thoughts in how to make the process as good as possible.

  • Have a service-oriented mindset towards colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Like to communicate to others in a clear way, both in Swedish and English.

Personal qualifications:  

  • Technical gymansium engineer (year 4) or a documented logistical education. 
  • 3-5 years experience working in an logistical role. 
  • Forklift certification.
  • Numerical and analytical skills, you can solve numerical tasks quickly and accurately.  
  • Good knowledge in Excel and you are used of working in IT-systems.
