We are looking for an Automation Engineer that is specialized in PLC programming
We are looking for colleagues to join our Automation team! In this role you will be a key player in developing Graniten products in order to fulfill our vision: to become one of the most innovative automation company in Europe.
Together with a skilled team you will work at the forefront of automation technology.
In your day-to-day job:
You will spend your days working with PLC programming but also SCADA/HMI and robotics. Together with your colleagues you will actively work to ensure that the company is at the forefront of innovative technology solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing concepts and solutions based on demands and needs from customers.
- Troubleshooting and improving existing products.
- Understanding and interpreting requirements from our customers.
- Carry out risk analysis.
- Developing efficient processes for the automation team, this includes being involved in choosing suitable components or software solutions to be used in products or equipment.
- Project breakdown and reporting which includes technical documentation. Support Service & Aftermarket department when needed.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to deliver our projects in time, so you need to enjoy working with deadlines, and being able to manage multiple tasks and objectives.
- Be a good teamplayer and enjoy working with others.
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and or English.
- Love problem-solving and you share our passion for innovative technology and robotic solutions.
Personal qualifications:
- Bachelor or masters engineering degree within automation, mechatronics or similar.
- You consider yourself being an expert in PLC programming and have practised this in previous jobs. Knowledge with automation technology.
- Fluent in English, and preferable Swedish. Both written and spoken.
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
