The system engineering team at Graniten works with the development, the design, and the documentation of new and existing products based on market needs and customer demands.
As System Engineering Manager, you will get the chance to manage and inspire a team of highly skilled system design engineers, working with complex projects and further improve our capabilities and ways of working.
You will support the team in their professional growth and make sure they feel included and empowered.
You will be part of the Engineering Management Team and report to the Engineering and Product Development Director.
In your day-to-day job you will:
Manage a team with competencies within mechanical, control systems and software design. You will ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals and fostering close cooperation with other teams and line managers.
Together you ensure that the requirement specifications are fulfilled within the project scope and that the right compromises are made in product development projects.
You also support the sales team by developing proposals and solutions for customers at an early stage and provide technical expert support in customer meetings.
