We are looking for colleagues to join our Automation team as Automation Engineer.
In this role you will be a key player in developing Granitens products in order to fulfill our vision: to become one of the most innovative automation company in Europe. Together with a skilled team you will work at the forefront of automation technology.
Your day-to-day job:
As an Automation engineer at Graniten you will actively work to ensure that the company is at the forefront of innovative technology solutions.
You will work with and be responsible for:
- Product development together with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop concepts and solutions based on demands and needs from customers
- Troubleshoot and improve existing products
- Understand and interpret requirements from customers
- Risk analysis
- Develop efficient processes for the automation team, this includes being involved in choosing suitable components or software solutions to be used in products or equipment.
- Project breakdown and reporting which includes technical documentation
- Support Service & Aftermarket department when needed

Personal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master's degree preferred within automation, mechatronics or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience of automation
- It goes without saying that you have a genuine interest in robotics, PLC and SCADA/HMI.
- We are using systems from Beckhoff, ABB and COPA data, experience from these are seen as meritorious.
