We are looking for a Talent Management and Marketing Specialist to strengthen our team at Graniten.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and excels in communication. It requires a unique blend of HR and Marketing skills. As the person in charge, you will handle the day-to-day operations and play a crucial role in the development of Graniten Talent Management and Marketing work.

At Graniten our co-workers are our biggest assets and to ensure our growth we must build and maintain a network of key talent to secure a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. So, your primary focus will be to ensure our strong position in recruiting and boost brand awareness.

In your day-to-day job you will:

  • Drive the recruitment process including writing ads, participate in interviews and candidate selection etc.
  • Build and maintain a network of key talent to secure strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments, including contact with schools and other educational institutions.
  • Empower Graniten employees and future new hires by increasing brand awareness and supporting our culture message.
  • Develop internal educations and talent development together with each line function -Graniten Academy.
  • Responsible for marketing plan execution, including digital communication, fairs, webinars and other customer related events.
  • Maintain and further develop our digital marketing channels (web, LinkedIn etc)
  • Coordinate the development of our marketing material including videos, website and product sheets.

  • You can keep a deadline as well as easily re-prioritize your day when needed.
  • Excellent people and communication skills are necessary in this role.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment internally as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Team player and relation builder.

Personal qualifications:

  • A university degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or other relevant field or equal work experience necessary for the role.
  • Experience in Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, ads, TagManager etc) is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in writing and speaking both in Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
