Are you experienced in substantially scaling up capacity at a production site?

We are now looking for a Production Manager that has a passion for operational excellence.

The Production Manager has a key position within the Supply Chain and Operations team and is accountable for the production performance and the growth of the Graniten production capacity. The role is vital for the realization of the growth, profitability, and performance of Graniten.

In your day-to-day job you will:

Make sure that the production planning, cost, and lead-time meets the expectations, and you will oversee all production resources related to manpower, asset, and capabilities. As well as day-to- day leadership of the production personnel. 

Your focus will be on creating the right prerequisites for the team and for Graniten to ensure that we have a solid long-term capacity plan with the right tactics and activities to achieve daily operational excellence.

You will work cross functional and collaborate and cooperate with other teams within Graniten such as Engineering & Product Development, Service and After market and Project Management.

Personal qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as manufacturing or production manager. (Technical) Engineering Degree
  • Experience in substantially scaling up capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing teams of supervisors and operators to higher level of performance.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Proactive, passionate to get the job done and to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
